In 2018, we successfully developed the corundum-lined slurry pump, which filled the gap in this field in China. This special corundum is made of Al2O3 as the main raw material, and rare metal oxide as the flux, and is roasted at a high temperature of 1700°C. Hardness is second only to diamond. It’s unique wear resistance and corrosion resistance not only have the incomparable service life and adaptability of metal pumps, reduce a lot of material consumption, reduce the user’s operation and maintenance costs, but also ensure the pump’s safety, high efficiency, and long-term run. The whole set of equipment greatly improves production efficiency.
